Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO Office in Iraq seeks to engage a Senior Statistical Consultant to support the Central Statistical Organization and Kurdistan Region Statistics Office in implementing the Labour Force Survey. The consultant will design the sample, calculate weights and errors, and assist in developing and testing the questionnaire. Training will be provided to staff ahead of fieldwork. After data collection, the consultant will compute indicators, prepare tabulations, and produce a comprehensive analytical report. A presentation of findings will be prepared for stakeholders. The consultant will also provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure outputs meet international standards. Please note that if travel is required, it will be limited to Erbil only and subject to government request. The ILO will cover approved travel costs (including visa fees if applicable) and provide a Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) in line with UN rules, except for consultants already based in Erbil.
