Construction of 80 goat shelters in Telangana. A. Goat Shelters 40 (10 per village) : As per the technical specifications attached in Appendix I in villages- 1. Mudireddipalle and 2. Appaipalle villages of Kosgi Mandal of Narayanpet district; 3. Chandravancha and 4. Mushrifa villages of Gundumal Mandal of Narayanpet district. B. Goat Shelters 40 (10 per village) : As per the technical specifications attached in Appendix I in villages 1. Dubbaka and 2. Haonnajipet villages of Dharpalle Mandal of Nizamabad district; 3. Mailaram and 4. Nyavanandi villages of Sirikonda Mandal of Nizamabad district. Documents enclosed are: a) Appendix I – Technical Specifications and compliance Format b) Appendix II – Financial Offer c) Appendix III – Bid Submission Letter d) Appendix IV – Stock and Logistics Form e) Appendix V – Past Performance information f) Appendix: VI – Inspection Plan g) Appendix VII – FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods Documents to be submitted as essential elements of the bid: a) The duly completed “Technical Specifications and Compliance Format” in Appendix I, using the form enclosed. b) The duly completed “Financial Offer” in Appendix II, using the form enclosed. c) The duly completed “Bid Submission Letter” in Appendix III, using the form enclosed. d) The duly completed “Stock and Logistics Form” in Appendix IV, using the form enclosed, along with the relevant supporting documentation requested in the form. e) The duly completed “Past Performance information” in Appendix V, using the form enclosed. f) Copy of a valid Business Registration Certificate and/or Certificate of Incorporation with the India Government. Bids must clearly indicate the tender number, have numbered pages and include the stamp and name of the bidder on all pages in order to facilitate verification of the completeness of the offer. Completeness of Bid. Bids shall contain all of the above information and documents and observe the provisions of this Invitation to Bid as otherwise it will not be possible to evaluate them on an equal basis.
