Call for External Collaborator – Production of 2 employment impact assessment sectoral guides (Албания - Тендер #66843297)

Description

Dear Bidder, The International Labor Organization (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Finalize two EmpIA sectoral guides for the STRENGTHEN 2 project. One guide for the roads sector and another one for the renewable energy sector. The guides will be based on the experiences from conducting assessments in these sectors under the STRENGTHEN2 project. While some initial drafting of these guides has been done, these drafts require revisions, updating as well as alignment with other ILO work in these sectors. An important shift will be to focus more on the procedural and qualitative learnings, and less on the quantitative results which are currently not representative enough to draw meaningful conclusions. The guide should also provide guidance on key indicators that the assessment should be reporting on, one set that is specific to the sector, and on set that is general to all EmpIA.
