Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Consultant is responsible for all the management, quality, and delivery of the final products. The tasks include the development and application of the evaluation"s entire methodology, from defining the approach and evaluation questions to creating the data collection instruments and analysis plan. The Consultant drafts and finalizes all key deliverables, including the inception report, draft reports, and the final evaluation report and their findings. Candidates intending to submit an expression of interest must supply the following information: 1. A description of how the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience are relevant to the required qualifications of this assignment. 2. A list if previous evaluations/ work that are relevant in relation to the context and subject matter of this assignment. 3. Copies of examples of evaluation/ research works mentioned in the No.2 above and the names of two referees (email address) who managed the evaluations. 4. A statement confirming the availability of the candidate to conduct this assignment and the daily professional fees expressed in US dollars. 5. A copy of the candidates’ CVs (which much include the information about the qualifications held by the candidates).
