The UNDP is seeking a firm to deliver a comprehensive implementation and investment blueprint that converts Belize’s existing policy, legal, and pilot-study groundwork into a financially viable, environmentally resilient, and gender-inclusive public transport system—delivered through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and centered on a modern, predominantly electric fleet.
