REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - SECURITY SERVICES FOR WPRO WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer to deliver proficient and effective SECURITY SERVICES both within and beyond the Western Pacific Regional Office of the World Health Organization, located at United Nations Avenue, Manila, Philippines, by ensuring a secure environment encompassing the seven buildings, conference hall, and their surroundings. This involves a commitment to promptly address diverse situations, including but not limited to medical emergencies, vehicular accidents, traffic incidents, robberies, house break-ins, physical assaults, hostile surveillance and assisting staff members facing difficulties due to adverse conditions such as typhoons. Providing security personnel prepared to manage events such as riots, rallies, and other demonstrations. Additionally, offering immediate assistance to the Organization"s staff and dependents and furnish comprehensive intelligence reports to the management of the Western Pacific Regional Office. The Proposer shall be a Profit company/entity operating in the field of Security Services. An accreditation (ISO 9001 or equivalent; other in a relevant field or specific accreditation/certification) or an on-going accreditation process by a certified accreditation body is mandatory. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in the field of Security Services; The Agency must be duly licensed and has represented itself as possessing the necessary expertise, resources, and knowledge in providing the services required by the Client Kindly be advised that offers will not be opened until the deadline for submission has elapsed. Please note that WHO is exempt from all direct taxes, customs duties and all similar taxes (e.g. VAT). The quoted price must be valid for a period of at least 180 days from the day of quotation. WHO`s Financial Rules and Regulations require the implementation of a 30-day payment policy, and no advance payment can be envisaged.
