Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Communication /Media consultant shall be Required to : • Research key project themes and human-centered communication angles. • Develop scripts and storyboards. • Plan shooting schedules and locations. • Capture initial site footage and conduct preliminary interviews. • Film construction works and community engagement. • Conduct interviews with beneficiaries, trainees, and local leaders. • Record ambient sounds and voice-overs. • Produce press papers for each site and one consolidated summary. • Edit videos (cutting, sequencing, sound design, subtitles, graphics). • Produce short (3-minute) videos per site and one 30-minute summary documentary. • Provide rough cuts for feedback. • Ensure all videos have subtitles in French (and English where applicable Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
