UNICEF has now advertised a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for Design and implementation of a national Social and Behaviour Change intervention and participatory service adaptation initiative with focus on partners of military personnel in Ukraine Please note that this tender is open to Ukrainian bidders who are non VAT payers (Private Entrepreneurs, FOPs).
