Terms & Delivery

Required Documents

The submitted offers must include the following:

• Company Profile and Structure (Annex 2)

• Certificate of Company Registration

• Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years

• Evidence of relevant experience in the field

• Experience working with UN agencies and/or international organisations

• Technical Proposal (including delivery schedule, Incoterms, warranty terms & conditions)

• Financial Proposal (Currency: PKR)
