Scope of Work
UNDP requires a qualified firm to deliver a 2-week Supplier Development Programme in Suva, Fiji,
to build the capacity of women-led microenterprises and grassroots entrepreneurs. The programme will combine diagnostic assessments, targeted training, and group coaching on business
modelling, branding, compliance, pricing, finance readiness, e-commerce, and market linkages. It will also mentor participants in pitch preparation, connect them to potential buyers and
platforms, and produce reports capturing outcomes, lessons, and recommendations.
List and Description of Expected Outputs to be
Delivered

Inception Report – Detailing the
proposed session methodology, trainer profiles, and a tailored diagnostic assessment tool for participants.

Training Delivery Package –
Completion of all in-person and SDP modules, including training materials, attendance records, and facilitation of sessions on business model design, branding, compliance, finance
readiness, e-commerce, and market access.

Group Coaching and Pitch Sessions – delivery of group coaching sessions, final pitch preparation, and presentation by participants, with participant tracking and performance documentation.

Final Programme Report –submission of a comprehensive report summarizing participant outcomes, monitoring and evaluation results, success
stories, lessons learned, and recommendations for scaling or replication of the programme.
