Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Assessment of the existing GIS mapping tool • Propose technical enhancements, new features for inclusion, if needed. • Implement approved adjustments or additions • Test the updated tool with real data to confirm performance and reliability. • Hold regular coordination meetings with the Ministry of Labour and project stakeholders. • Incorporate feedback from users during testing to refine the tool. • Develop training materials, including user manuals and quick reference guides. • Deliver hands-on training sessions for Ministry staff on tool operation • Finalization and handover: o Deliver the updated GIS mapping tool with all enhancements. o Ensure its installation on Ministry’s computers. o Ensure a trained cadre of Ministry staff is fully capable of independently operating the system.
