Dear Bidder. The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Training Consultant will require to implement Foundation Training to Worker Management Committee (WMC) for non- BW enrolled factories. This includes the following:  Business cases, resolving problems at the workplace through WMC  The roles and responsibilities of WMC  Understanding rights vs interest and standing in the shoes of the other party  The ideal worker and management representative  Barriers of effective WMC and strategies to overcome those  Communication and prioritization of issues  Action planning (how factory/mill will implement and measure progress of the learnings) Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
