Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is looking for individual experts collaborating closely with the technical team to undertake work as an External Collaborator to
conduct a comprehensive analysis of the coverage and financing gaps of the social protection system as a basis for building or improving the social protection system in the country with
the summary of assignment below: (1) Inventory of existing social protection schemes and data, using the SSI; (2) Identifying and estimating coverage gaps; (3) Formulating options for
closing gaps with costing; (4) Poverty reduction impact assessment; (5) Policy recommendations. The analysis will inform future reform efforts and therefore provides a fundamental step
for the further development and implementation of the GA roadmap and the social protection system in Cambodia. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary
travel costs will be covered by the ILO. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant
