Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The ILO-UNDESA Project “Accelerating universal social protection for achieving the SDGs and ending poverty through strengthened governance and digital transformation” is recruiting an International Consultant and a National Consultant to support ILO and the National Social Protection Committee (NSPC) Secretariat to conduct a final review of the National Social Protection Strategy (NSPS) of Lao PDR: Vision2030, Goals2025. The findings will be synthesized in a report and a brief, assessing the results, impact and lessons learned so far. These will be used by the NSPC and relevant ministries and government bodies to draft the new NSPS 2026-30 and to improve the planning, financing, design and implementation of the social protection system moving forward. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
