Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The work is expected to be carried out within about 50 consultancy working days are estimated for this assignment with the following estimated share of days: • Inception Phase – total of 10 working days. • Data Collection Phase – total of 25 working days • Analysis and Reporting Phase – total of 15 working days The consultant/team of consultants is expected to produce and submit the following deliverables: 4. Inception report with proposed methodology and timeline. 5. Final completed draft version of the Guidebook 6. Final complete version of the Guidebook, including an executive summary and Power Point presentation. The exact timeline for each deliverable will be included in the inception report and be agreed upon with the ILO. All materials submitted to ILO should be delivered in English, except if otherwise agreed. All submissions should be electronic. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
