Request for Proposal - Endline Learning Assessment and Third-Party Monitoring (Албания - Тендер #66031749)

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified organizations to submit a proposal for the administration of an endline learning assessment and the provision of third-party monitoring (TPM) services for activities being implemented by UNESCO under the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) funded ESPIG programme. The assignment will focus on assessing foundational literacy and numeracy skills using the ASER tool and verifying ESPIG programme delivery through independent monitoring visits and other monitoring tools. The project timeline will span from October 2025 to May 2026.
