Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Provide the Social Security Corporation (SSC) with practical, action-oriented recommendations to strengthen the design, implementation, and communication of key short-term social insurance benefits—specifically work injury, family allowances, sickness benefits, and additional innovative benefits for earmarked expenses such as university education and housing. The aim of the work is to support SSC in making these benefits more responsive to the realities of Jordan’s evolving labour market, more relevant to workers’ and employers’ needs, and more effective in supporting social protection objectives under the Estidama++ programme.
