WHO Palestine Office is seeking offers for purchasing Hospital and Laboratory equipment for 10 Hospitals in Sudan:- 1. Sennar Hospital 2. Al Genena Hospital 3. Dongola Hospital 4. Kassala
Hospital 5. Nyala Hospital 6. Alsrorab Hospital 7. AlDamazin Hospital 8. Elboied Hospital 9. Atbara Hospital 10. Osman Digna Hospital o Submission of offers’ closing date: 27 August

the detailed specification – Annex 1&2). o Incoterms:. The supplier should have the capacity for the delivery the required supplies to one of the below incoterm:- DAP Port Sudan
/Khartoum Sudan (including distribution to the 10 listed hospitals) FCA nearest airport, for international bidders, they should have an official agent/distributor in Sudan and should
have the capacity for transportation, installation, training and after sales services within Sudan. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: • The Technical and Financial proposal must be submitted using
the technical/financial proposal in both excel sheet and PDF forms (Annex 1) and to include also:- o LOA for non-manufacturer traders, it should be authorized to distribute the quoted
products by the manufacturer. The bidder should have presence or local agent in Sudan Detailed Specifications All quality certificates. Items Catalogues Country of
Origin and Manufacturer name for the offered product. Ability to provide Certificate Of Origin COO. Validity of the offer is required for 12 months Singed/stamped offers on
company letterhead will only be acceptable. Bidders shall explicitly indicate the guaranteed lead time for all equipment following receipt of an approved Purchase Order Pack Size.
Completion of Annexes 1 & 2 excel files (Please share both excel and PDF signed copy Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB).
Excel Annexes 1 & 2 must be completed exactly as provided, without any modifications. • If you have any comments, please include them in the comment column of Annexes 1&2
• If you need to add alternative offer for any item please include it in a separate line with the same item number example item 1 option a, item 1 option b……. IMPORTANT REMARK: •
Offers must comply with the requirements and specification in Annex 1&2. • Offers must be received and made in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached invitation
to bid. • Any order resulting from this invitation should contain acceptance of WHO’s General Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms or conditions detailed with the
attached invitation to bid. SELECTION/REJECTION CRITERIA • Offers that are not meeting the required technical specifications will not be considered. • Only completed offers that
contain the detailed specifications and requirements will be considered. • Supplier should have the capacity for the delivery within the mentioned period in the ITB. • Validity period
of the offer, not less than 12 months. • Company profile including full detailed; name of the company, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address and details of contact
person(s). • Technical evaluation criteria are based on pass/fail. • Awarded offer will be based on the best competitive price within the passed technically offered and the earliest
delivery. • Any delay in delivery can cause cancellation of the purchase order with no commitment from WHO. UN CODE OF CONDUCT: Confirmation of acceptance that your esteemed company
