Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment aims to produce a concise research brief on working conditions in coffee farms and collecting companies in Indonesia, based on findings from the from the “In-harvest survey of working conditions on coffee farms and in coffee collecting joint business groups (Tanggamus District, Lampung, Indonesia). The brief will share key insights with coffee supply chain stakeholders and support improvements at policy, institutional, and workplace levels. Deliverables include an outline, a draft covering research objective, methods, worker profiles, and key findings (e.g. FPRW, labour law, social protection, workplace cooperation), and a final proofread version. The output will support informed dialogue and meet international quality standards.
