Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The
consultant will design and implement a comprehensive apprenticeship programme aligned with ILO Recommendation 208, engaging stakeholders such as private sector actors, government
ministries, training institutions, and workers’ organizations. They will conduct a DACUM-based skills anticipation exercise to identify and prioritize three green occupations and
develop competency standards that include technical, core work, and rights-based skills. The consultant will create training packages, assessment methods, and facilitate a tripartite
validation workshop. The work includes integrating financial sustainability strategies like cost-sharing and policy advocacy, building MSME and stakeholder capacity through tailored
training and partnerships, and delivering instructor and trainer courses, including e-coaching. Finally, the consultant will support training agreements, recruitment, and programme
