Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: This consultancy will contribute to the Outcome 4 of the ADVANCE project, Malaysia: Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining of women and men, local and migrant workers, in the E&E sector in Malaysia are enhanced and contribute to addressing forced labour and child labour. Specifically, trade unions adopt or improve: 1. strategies and policies to increase trade union membership, that promote inclusive organizing and strengthening participation of migrant workers based on principles of freedom of association, and 2.
