Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The
consultant will support the development of two country-specific reports, one for Jamaicaand one for Costa Rica, proposing tailored applications of the ILO’s Productivity Ecosystems for
Decent Work (PE4DW) approach. Tasks includedesk research, stakeholder consultations, identification of entry points to align enterprise support and green transition policies with the
PE4DWframework, analytical work, and report drafting. In Jamaica, the focus will be on enterprise support and how the Jamaica Productivity Centre’sservices can be integrated across
macro, meso, and micro levels. In Costa Rica, the analysis will concentrate on how green transition policies forSMEs can strengthen the productivity–decent work nexus. The assignment
will result in two reports with evidence-based recommendations,proposed intervention routes, and strategies aligned with national priorities. The work will leverage context-specific entry
points in both countriesto propose applications of the PE4DW approach and suggest tailored policy options that reinforce the link between productivity and decent work,serving as a
foundation for further work in Latin America and Caribbean region under the PE4DW framework. We would appreciate it if you could send your updated CV and your financial proposal. Please
