Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for

Re-aligning and Enhancing Accelerated Learning programme in Mathematics and Arabic for Grades 3#9

- Proposal must be submitted EXCLUSIVELY via email to: optsuppliers@unicef.org . Please do not copy any other UNICEF email addresses. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification of the submission.
- Applicants may send as many e-mails as needed. However, the size of each e-mail should not exceed ten (10) megabytes. Please refer to RFP Special Terms and Conditions No. 1.5 on the marking of the Technical and Price Proposals. Email links are not acceptable. Bids submitted as a link will be invalidated.
IMPORTANT - ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
- The reference LRPS-2025-9198487 must be shown and clearly indicated in all corresponding emails.
- Bid form and schedule(s) must be used when replying to this invitation. You are welcome to enclose your own specifications etc., if necessary. Submissions must be received at the above address by the latest EOD (Jerusalem time) on 30 July 2025. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

- In addition the the LRPS and TOR , Please make sure to read the complementary files included in Annex C, starting with the Read It First to capture the overall concept.

FORECAST SCHEDULE:[all times refer to Jerusalem time, GMT +3H]:
- Disseminating RFP documents on 10 July 2025.
- Interested institutions must submit both the Expression of Interest and any queries related to the RFP in writing no later than EOD 15 July 2025. It is essential to express interest and submit any related queries by the deadline to ensure inclusion in the Pre-Bid Meeting and the bid clarification mailing list. Please send your email to optsuppliers@unicef.org, copying aharidi@unicef.org. Use the following subject line format: [Your Company Name, RFP Number# EoI and Inquiries].
- The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on 17 July 2025 at 1:00 PM. The meeting link will be shared in due course with those who have submitted an EoI.
Please note: The meeting will be recorded for internal use only, and no recordings will be shared with participants. It is the responsibility of each interested to attend and take their own notes. UNICEFs responses to queries sent and questions raised during the Pre-Bid Meeting May be shared as needed in form of amendments published on UNGM or email notifications to the mailing list, no later than 22 July 2025.
- Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: not later than 30 July 2025, End of the Day.
- The dates in the forecast schedule must be strictly adhered to, unless otherwise
communicated and revised on UNGM.
