Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Under the guidance of the National Programme Officer (Skills Development), the consultant will develop 15 Competency-Based Learning Materials (CBLMs) for three Light Engineering Sector occupations: Auto Air Conditioning Technician, Body/Coach Building Technician, and Marine Engine Technician. The work will follow BNQF and NSDA guidelines. The consultant will coordinate with ILO, NSDA, and industry stakeholders to finalize a detailed work plan. They will review NSDA documents (CSs, CBCs, CADs) and benchmark national and international learning materials to inform content and structure. Engaging with content experts, the consultant will draft the CBLMs in English, ensuring relevance and quality. Drafts will be submitted to ILO and NSDA for review, with revisions made accordingly. ILO will oversee progress and approve deliverables. Final submission includes the work plan, drafts, finalized CBLMs, and a completion report approved by ILO authorities.
