Request for Proposal - Strengthening Education Systems through Crisis-Sensitive Planning and M&E Using Class Map (Албания - Тендер #64626992)

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified organizations to submit a call for proposal for the provision of capacity building to community schools in the areas such as school development planning, crisis-sensitive planning, education management information systems (EMIS) and monitoring and evaluation. These capacity building sessions will integrate the use of UNESCOs mobile school data collection and support system known as Class Map (available on Android only). The organization is also required to provide third-party monitoring to community schools receiving grant funding from UNESCO to implement aspects of their school development and crisis management plans. These Plans must be uploaded through Class Map.
