office, for establishing Long Term Agreements for one year renewable according to the WHO needs the supplier’ performance and, to procure the following goods with the following estimate
quantities to be requested per year: Item Yearly estimated quantity BAXTER SESSIONS or compatible 15000 Baxter Pediatric Sessions or compatible 2000 FRESENIUS SESSIONS or compatible 50000
HEMODIALYSIS MACHINES 30 HEMODIALYSIS CHAIRS 15 BED SEPARATION SCREENS 15 WATER TREATMENT 4 Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) EQUIPMENT 4 B-Braun sessions for adults or
compatible 2000 B-Braun Pediatric sessions or compatible 1000 Details as per the attached Annex 1 & 2. QUERIES: • A prospective bidder requiring any clarification may submit his
questions via UNGM “Correspondence” tab no later than 15 June 2025, 23:59 Cairo/Egypt time CLOSING DATE: Offers must be uploaded via UNGM, “Tender Documents” tab not later than 25
June 2025, 23:9, Cairo/Egypt time SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: • Offers must be submitted in the attached (Annex 1 & 2) as an excel sheet without any changes in columns or rows, and in PDF
format. Bids with a different pricing format may be rejected. • Currency of the offers any United Nations convertible currency will be accepted. • Offers must comply with the
requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). All requirements should be completed as per the annexes. • If interested, you are kindly requested to register through
United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) by logging-in to this site: https://www.ungm.org. After having an active account, continue following the guidance, until you express your interest
to this bid. Then, you will be transferred to WHO’s e-tendering system to be able to collect the bidding documents and access your tender opportunities. IMPORTANT REMARK: • Offers
must comply with the requirements. • Offers must be received and made in accordance with the instructions contained in the attached invitation to bid. • Any order resulting from this
invitation shall contain WHO’s General Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms or conditions detailed with the attached invitation to bid. • LOA for non-manufacturer
traders, it should be authorized to distribute the quoted products by the manufacturer. • The bidder should have local agent and/or official distributor. • EMBARGO: For items origin

delivery within 2 months. 4. Company profile including name of the company, its address, telephone and fax numbers, email address and details of contact person(s). 5. Signed/stamped
offers on company letterhead will only be acceptable. 6. Technical evaluation criteria are based on pass/fail. 7. Any delay in delivery can cause cancellation of the purchase order with
