Call for Documenter: Stakeholder Consultations on the Review of DOLE Department Order No. 149 (Албания - Тендер #62983433)

The Department of Labor and Employment Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (DOLEBWSC), as the Secretariat of the National Council Against Child Labour (NCACL), is collaborating with the International Labour Organization (ILO), through the Strengthening Freedom of Association and Action Against Child Labour in the Philippines project, to support the review of Department Order No. 149. The review will be guided by relevant international labour standards.

A series of regional stakeholder consultations will be conducted in priority sectors, including construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and the creative industries. To ensure appropriate and comprehensive documentation of these consultations, the ILO will engage the professional services of an individual consultant.

The consultant will be responsible for the written documentation of the consultations, following the prescribed format. The consultant is expected to attend all sessions in person and work in close coordination with the facilitators and rapporteurs to ensure complete coverage of the programme.

The ILO invites proposals from qualified professionals with demonstrated experience in similar assignments. One technically responsive and financially viable consultant will be selected in accordance with ILO procurement rules and procedures.
