2025/AO/16 - INDEXATION AND TRANSCRIPTION OF THE SPEECHES (VERBATIM) DURING THE PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY SESSIONS (Албания - Тендер #62474459)

IMPORTANT : To be considered eligible for lot 2 it is mandatory to take a test before the deadline of this call for tenders. Please refer to the Tender File for more information. Lot 1 concerns the indexation of speeches in real-time, allowing for the immediate display of various pieces of information in the Chamber (name of the current speaker, the topic of debate, and the next speakers name). Indexing shall also facilitate the internal recording of all relevant data required for preparing the debate transcript. This includes the exact timing of each intervention, duration, and information about the speaker (country and political group for members, title for guest speakers, language used, etc.). Lot 2 concerns transcription and proofreading of the debates of PACE plenary sittings (PACE sessions) in the official and working languages using the dedicated Pace-Apps/Verbatim application.
