Request for Quotation: Provision of Electricity and Internet Services for UNESCO Third Party Office in Mosul, Iraq

UNESCO is inviting qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of essential services to ensure uninterrupted operations at its Third Party Office in Mosul, Iraq.

Scope of Work:

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

1. Electricity Services:

   • Facilitating subscription payments for Generator No. [172] near Nabi Jirjis Mosque from April 2025 to December 2025.
   • Ensuring 24/7 electricity supply without interruption.
   • Coordinating with the generator provider for technical support and issue resolution.
   • Maintaining proper wiring for consistent electricity supply.
   • Providing official documentation, including receipts and service confirmation.

2. Internet Services:

   • Securing a reliable EarthLink Internet Standard Package subscription.
   • Managing activation and renewal to prevent service disruptions.
   • Ensuring accessibility to customer support for any issues.
   • Submitting official documentation for payments and activation.

Contract Duration:

1st April 2025 31st December 2025

Deliverables & Payment Terms:

• Payments will be made in three instalments upon submission of original invoices and UNESCOs approval.
  • 1st Payment: 30th June 2025
  • 2nd Payment: 30th September 2025
  • 3rd Payment: 31st December 2025

Submission Requirements:

Interested service providers must submit:

✅ Priced Bill of Quantities (Annex III)
✅ Certificate of Business Registration
✅ Work Plan with a Gantt Chart
✅ Acceptance of UNESCO General Terms & Conditions (Annex I)
