Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Electrical Items, Carpentry Materials, IT Equipment, and Office Furniture. (Албания - Тендер #61622658)

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for a range of goods and services across multiple lots. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify the most cost-effective and technically compliant suppliers who can deliver high-quality products and services within the stipulated timeframes and in accordance with UNESCOs requirements.

Evaluation of Lots

Bidders are invited to submit quotations for one or more of the RFQ lots. Partial bids within a single lot will not be accepted. UNESCO reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts based on the lowest evaluated lot combinations that meet the organizations requirements. The evaluation will be based on the total cost for the goods/services, compliance with the technical specifications, delivery terms, and adherence to quality standards.

UNESCO Conditions, Delivery Terms, and Requirements

• General Terms and Conditions: UNESCOs standard terms apply (copy enclosed).
• Payment Terms: Payments will be made within 30 days after receipt of goods/services and submission of payment documentation.
• Completeness of Quotation: Bidders can submit bids for multiple lots but cannot submit partial bids within a single lot.
• Clarification of RFQ: Any requests for clarification must be submitted via email to h.keka@unesco.org.
• Remuneration for and Costs of Quotations: Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for preparing or submitting quotations.
• Mode of Transport: Road transport is required.
• Closing Date: 22 February 2025, 12:00 midday Iraq time.
• Validity of Quotation: 60 days.
• Delivery Time: DAP (Delivered at Place) Basra city.
• Product Compliance: All products must meet EC or international quality and safety standards.
• Warranty Conditions: Local warranty services must be available in the country of destination.
