Supply of Plumbing Materials Packages, Components and Accessories to the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (Албания - Тендер #61188852)

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, has the requirement for a one-time purchase of plumbing materials, components and accessories, with delivery at its premises located in Brindisi, Italy, for replenishing the Strategic Deployment Solutions (SDS). The plumbing materials, components and accessories have been grouped in packages suitable for the requirement of a typical 100 (one hundred) persons camp that shall be composed as follows: 1. Potable Water Package: i. Potable water pipes and fittings ii. Water meters 2. Waste Water Package: i. Wastewater pipes ii. Prefabricated PVC grease traps 3. Drainage Package: i. Drainage pipes ii. Prefabricated PVC oil-water separators iii. Prefabricated composite road drain gully tops. It is anticipated that partial awards per package may be considered. The supplied items shall be appropriate for use in harsh environmental conditions and suitable for different climate zones (e.g., desert, tropical areas, mountain sites, etc.) in which there are several variations of the relative natural forces (e.g., temperature, humidity, wind, and other climatic conditions). All materials/items shall be in compliance with the relevant current international or national codes, standards, and regulations, including, but not limited to the following: • ISO International Organization for Standardization • ASTM American Society for Testing and Materials • BS British Standards • EN European Standards • NSF National Sanitation Foundation (US) • Other proven equivalent international standard may be accepted at UN discretion. Shipments shall be made using 20’ ISO sea containers in protective packaging to prevent breakages during transportation. The gross weight of each container must not exceed 10 tons. Delivery Terms: Delivery at Place – DAP UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy and/or Free Carrier – FCA nearest port of exit (INCOTERMS 2010). The potential bidders must have referenced experience strictly related to the Supply of Plumbing Materials, Components and Accessories. The complete technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage following the closing date for this EOI. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. The UNGSC reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements during the REOI and solicitation process.
