Assessment of Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) implementation in Cambodia (Албания - Тендер #58487350)

The purpose of this APW is to evaluate the effectiveness and applicability of three different ICOPE delivery models in Cambodia: traditional health center-based, outreach, and community-based screening. The goal is to provide comprehensive evidence for scaling up the ICOPE program, which aims to deliver integrated, person-centered care for older adults.

Under the direct supervision of the WCO KHM, the work aims to:

1. Establish an M&E framework to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of ICOPE implementation.
2. Evaluating three models on its effectiveness and application in the Cambodian context.
3. Identify the strength and necessary improvements of current approaches for scaling up.
