UNCDF invites applications from registered organizations such as Banks, Non-Banking Financial Institutions, Microfinance Institutions, AgriTechs, FinTechs, mobile money providers, and other financial service providers (FSPs) with presence in PNG that can offer support value chains actors of cocoa or vanilla or fisheries sector(s), in particular smallholder farmers, women smallholder farmers and MSMEs in the Sepik region, to acquire the skills and knowledge they need to access and use digital and financial services, to ensure that the full potential of UNCDF-supported interventions is realized. For the purpose of this RFP, each value chain shall be considered as a Lot, whereby Lot1 is Coca Value Chain, Lot 2 is Vanilla Value Chain and Lot 3 is Fisheries Value Chain
