The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Democratic Republic of Congo, invites qualified suppliers, manufacturers and service providers to make a firm offer for the acquisition and supply of PV Solar systems and related services (design, transport, installation, testing, commissioning, training and operation services) for solar systems to be installed in Democratic Republic of Congo (North and South Ubangi)

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended that this Request for Proposal (RFP) document and its annexes be read thoroughly. Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.
