United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in Request of Expression for Interest (REOI) for " Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution provider ".

Companies / Institutions that meet the requirements of this REOI will be shortlisted and invited to submit full technical and financial proposals to establish a Long Term Agreement. This REOI document provides a short description of the planned scope of work. Detailed terms of reference (ToR) will be provided to those organisations selected to advance to the next stage.

Deadline of Proposal Submission
