Description

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of the Service to Design and Implement a Learning Experience in Colombia. The primary objective of this tender is to identify a suitable company/institution to design and implement a learning experience based on knowledge sharing between civil servants and leaders of farmers organizations from Colombia, Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. This learning experience should enhance the capacity of the participants and their organizations in applying tools that promote gender equity and the comprehensive inclusion of women in rural development investments and family agriculture support. The interaction of all participants must be virtual and have a face-to-face component that should take place in Colombia. Under the supervision of and in close cooperation with the Colombia Country Team and the LAC SSTC and Knowledge Centre, the contractor shall be responsible for the following activities: 1. Design and set-up of Learning experience 2. Selection of participants 3. Organization of travel arrangements and field learning itinerary 4. Implementation of Learning experience 5. Elaboration of final technical and financial report 6.
