LTA for Construction of Concrete Modular Buildings, as Part of Prefabricated Modular Buildings Replacement in UNIFIL HQ and Area of Operation (AO) - South Lebanon (Албания - Тендер #55656942)

Description

1. The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) is seeking the services of qualified and experienced contractors to construct 777 units concrete modular buildings. The contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years for the execution of 237 units of concrete modular buildings. There will be an option for a possible of three (3) years of extension (2+1): 354 units during the first optional extension period of two (2) years and, for 186 units during the second optional extension period of one (1) year, all extensions are subjects to satisfactory performance of the Contractor and availability of funds. Replacement of existing prefabricated modular buildings to concrete modular buildings will include structural, finishing, sanitary, and electro-mechanical works at UNIFIL Headquarter (HQ) Naqoura, and various UNIFIL positions inside the UNIFIL Area of Operations (AO) in South Lebanon. The full Statement Of Works SOW, technical drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and other relevant documents will be provided as part of the competitive solicitation process at a later date to those companies expressing both interested and qualified to undertake this project. 2. UNIFIL will undertake a competitive solicitation exercise and consider inviting those companies have expressed their interest and provided initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNIFIL’s requirement. Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of a price proposal. 3.To be eligible to participate in the solicitations exercise, vendors are mandatorily required to be registered at a minimum of level-2 in the UNGM at www.ungm.org.
