THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DIFFERENT TYPE SHELTER AND FOR THE PROVISION OF ASSORTED CONSTRUCTION WORKS, AND RELATED SERVICES (Readvertisement of notice no. 235104) (Албания - Тендер #54901705)

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Bangladesh Office in Coxs Bazaar, invites qualified commercial entities to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Frame Agreement(s) for construction of different type shelter and for the provision of assorted Construction Works and related services across UNHCRs area of operation including the UNHCR Sub-Office Coxs Bazaar, Ukhiya, Kutupalong and Nayapara Refugee Camps and Teknaf area.

The requirements are divided into sub-Lots. Bidders must offer all the sub-Lots; as well as 100% of the items in each sub-Lot in the BoQ (Annex B). Submitted bids covering less than 100% of the needs contained in each sub-Lot in the BoQ, or not covering all the sub-Lots, will be rejected.
UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of one (1) year, potentially extendable twice for a further period of one (1) year, up to a total contract duration of maximum three (3) years (1+1+1 years). The successful bidder(s) will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the entire duration of the Frame Agreement(s).
