Rental and installation of Multi-function Printers (MFP) and associated services for Rome-based Agencies (RBAs)(FAO, IFAD and WFP) (Албания - Тендер #53980181)

Background
1. The Rome based agencies (RBAs) of the United Nations: the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Food Programme (WFP) and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), (FAO, IFAD and WFP) hereinafter referred to as the Agencies or RBAs, are launching a request of information for the provision of rental, installation, maintenance of multi-function printers and related services in FAO, IFAD and WFP premises in Rome, Italy.
2. The Agencies invite suppliers operating on the relevant market to provide information about the potential provision of MFPs and related services for a 3+2 year framework (ideally starting from April 2025).

The purpose of this RFI
3. The purpose of this RFI is to gain a more detailed understanding of the supply market and existing solutions both to identify suppliers with experience in a particular area and to gain knowledge about:
a. Technical features of the MFPs developed in the last 5 years;
b. Potential timeframe for the switch to new printers in the three Agencies;
c. Price structures proposed (please DO NOT include specific pricing for the Agencies requirements)
4. After the deadline for submission of responses has passed, WFP will review responses received and will notify eligible participants of the outcomes of this initiative.

5. In order to participate, companies/organizations are required to provide the following:

7. This request for RFI is a non-binding inquiry and does not constitute a solicitation. WFP reserves the right to change or cancel this procurement process or any of its requirements at any time during the process.
