Description

Background Expressions of interests are invited from experienced service providers interested in providing HR, Financial Management, Administrative and Logistics Services to 10,000 third party employees supporting UNICEF programs throughout Pakistan. The successful provider should demonstrate extensive experience of providing these services at scale in Pakistan. The successful provider/s would be expected to have sufficient capacity to provide HR services for the recruiting, vetting, selecting, hiring, onboarding, training, payment, performance management, investigation, counselling, duty of care and support to a diverse workforce across Pakistan, enabled by a dynamic data, risk and management reporting systems to effectively manage this complex operation. LTA’s may be established either on a nation-wide or provincial basis, therefore providers are encouraged to submit their EOI based on their established geographic presence within Pakistan. Any service provider that fulfils the performance criteria included in this EOI, will be invited to participate in a tender, following which Long-Term Agreement(s) will be established that will be utilized by all UN agencies in Pakistan.
