UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation to establish long-term arrangements (LTA) for point of use (typically household use) flocculant/disinfectant
drinking water treatment.
IMPORTANT: Product must be certified according to internationally recognised standards for health effects (e.g. NSF 60). Product performance must be confirmed by independent third
party. It is strongly recommended that product is evaluated under the WHO International Scheme to Evaluate Household Water Treatment Technologies.

Companies, which have experience with such products and are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing this web form by 19 May 2024, 23:59
(Copenhagen time).
Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentation being available on UNGM. (Refer to UNGM help centre on how to

Only suppliers selected after the screening process will be invited to the tender.

(a) Companies are invited to consult UNICEFs procurement policies ahead of Expressing Interest in doing business with UNICEF.

(b) This is NOT an invitation to submit a quotation. Do not send your prices or your products specifications at this stage.

(d) This REoI does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EoI does not automatically guarantee your participation in the request for quotation.
(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document.
(f) UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REoI and/or solicitation process.
The tender contains sustainability considerations related to human rights, fundamental principles and rights at work, occupational health and safety, fairly traded goods, targeted employment of people with disabilities, etc.
The tender contains sustainability considerations for the prevention of polluting emissions to air, solid waste to land and discharges to water.
