Request for Quotation for the supply of Event Management Services (Албания - Тендер #50290927)

Private Partnerships and Philanthropy (PPH) under the division of The Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) of UNHCR Thailand is looking for qualified partner that can conceptualise, plan, execute events, media exposure, advertising and activities of varied scales. Each activity is aimed to strengthen UNHCRs brand awareness amongst new audiences, acquire new major donors, companies, CEOs and top executive in Thailand, and business community, foster loyalty amongst its current supporter base, and create a journey that leaves an impact in the minds of all aspects.

The planned duration of the collaboration is one year, from the completion of this selection process: January 2024 until the end of December 2024

Please fill in and sign the Technical Response Form (Annex B) and the Financial Offer Form (Annex C) for your price proposal. Your financial proposal must be all-inclusive, meaning that no further cost will be absorbed by UNHCR in case of selection.

UNHCR is exempted from all direct taxes, with this regards the price must be given without any local taxes. Please use a single currency (THB) to provide your quotation.
