Final evaluation of the UNICEF South Africa Breaking the Glass Ceiling Programme (Албания - Тендер #48198122)

The Evaluation is being conducted to produce evidence on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness and results of the program to be used inform programme adjustments and design of similar interventions.

(a) To assess if implementation of the program was line with the set outputs, results and outcomes;
(b) To analyse the factors that may have influenced implementation of the program positively or negatively;
(c) To collect baseline data on outcomes that can be used for future comparison for impact;
(d) To document lessons learned on implementation of the programme that can support planning for similar types of interventions.
