EOI 009/2023: Expression of Interest (EOI). Provision of Select Supply Chain Services For WFP Kenya Country Office. (Албания - Тендер #47583638)

The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) is the food-assistance
agency of the United Nations and is the worlds largest humanitarian
organisation addressing hunger and promoting food security.
In order to complement its operations in Kenya, UNWFP seeks to engage
companies with the pre-requisite capacity to provide select Supply Chain
Services as indicated below:
1. Primary Transport for Inland operations, (Movement of relief food
and Non-Food Items from select destinations in Kenya to delivery
points in Kenya).
2. Primary Transport for overland operations, (Movement of relief food
and Non-Food Items from select destinations in Kenya to delivery
points outside Kenya).
3. Pest Control Services in Kenya.
4. Warehouse Management Services in Nairobi, Kenya, (Provision of
Warehouse Labour AND Warehouse Management services for WFP
Warehouse in Nairobi).
5. Warehouse Labour in Mombasa, Kenya, (Provision of Warehouse
Labour ONLY, for WFP Warehouse in Mombasa)
6. Clearing and Forwarding Services at the Ports of Mombasa, Lamu and
other designated land border points within the Republic of Kenya.
Companies registered to provide any of the above services in Kenya, are
requested to indicate their interest by filling the online questionnaire for
consideration and shortlisting.

Procedure of participation in the shortlisting process.
1. Potential companies (including companies currently shortlisted)
in a position to provide the above mentioned services to WFP Kenya,
must confirm their interest by filling an online registration form.
2. The registration form will be accessed by visiting the following site:

3. The online registration form must be filled by 1200 hrs on 17
November 2023.
4. Only interested parties who register will be provided with further
information regarding the shortlisting procedure.
5. Kindly note that no documents are required at this stage.
Please note that this is not an invitation to tender, nor does it imply
automatic selection to our shortlist of companies . No rates/prices/
documents are required at this stage and this invitation does not bind the
World Food Programme to issue any tenders or contracts to the companies
expressing their interest.
