RFQ-2023-101 - Strategic Support for the development of strategic and action framework on HIV and MoU between UNAIDS and NDCPA China during 2024-2030 (Албания - Тендер #47144173)

The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for development of strategic and action framework on HIV and MoU between UNAIDS and NDCPA China during 2024-2030.
The consultant is expected to work remotely, under the supervision of the Global Partnership Advisor of UOC and in close collaboration with the UNAIDS offices at global, regional, and country levels during the consultancy. The timeframe is 60 days over six months period, 6th. November 2023 5th May 2024. Among which, 20 working days from 9th October to 31st December 2023, and 40 working days from 1st January to 5th May 2024 is proposed.

Scope of work
" Provide an overview of the HIV epidemic and AIDS response strategy in China, linking it with the evolving global health context.
" Conduct interviews and organize discussions with at least 15 key national and international stakeholders to collect their views and insights.
" Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations on how China can contribute to the global AIDS response and how UOC can support China.
" Develop a Strategic and Action Framework on HIV (2024-2030) for UOC.
" Prepare a MoU with main collaboration areas and funding opportunities between UNAIDS and Main Stakeholders in China.
