UNICEF Bangladesh, the United Nations International Children Emergency Fund, is pleased to extend an invitation to proficient and seasoned firms to submit proposals for the RFP. The purpose of this study is to generate evidence on the Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (KAP) of parents/caregivers, communities, key influencers, teachers and service providers on ECCE services and enablers and barriers as well as programmatic gaps for expanding access in Bangladesh.
