Installation of LED Lighting Units, Supply and Installation of Fixtures & AC’s Protection Mesh in UNRWA Premises (Албания - Тендер #45481195)

Description

The scope of works includes: a. Collection of LED lamps from UNRWA Main Warehouse (location shall be provided). b. The installation of the LED lamps at UNRWA installations (School, Health Centres, vocational training centers, etc ). c. Supply and installation of lighting fixtures (fitting without lamps) with all needed works civil & electrical installations at UNRWA Installation. d. Fabrication, supply, and installation of metal security indoor and outdoor protection mesh boxes for new Air Conditioning Units and in close coordination with the AC Units supplier to ensure installing the protection mesh at the same date of installing the AC units to avoid any vandalism. (the work shall be coordinated with Electrical, Mechanical, Area & Safety Engineers as well as AC Supplier.) e. Fabrication, supply and installation of metal security protection mesh boxes for light fixtures. f. Supply and installation of conduits. g. Packing the dismantled fluorescent lamp & LED panels (60x60) and handing them over to UNRWA Main Warehouse. The required works shall include transportation of all necessary equipment and material, and cleaning up of sites upon completion of works. All works shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements. The project is split into four lots based on the geographic area as follows. Due to implementation time constraints, it is not allowed to award more than one Lot to the same bidder. Lot 1: North Amman Area including all required works as detailed in the tender document. Lot 2: South Amman Area including all required works as detailed in the tender document Lot 3: Irbid including all required works as detailed in the tender document Lot 4: Zarqa Area including all required works as detailed in the tender document
