The purpose of this RFQ is to select suitable supplier for the procurement for technical support for the relaunch of UN Plus to:
- Identify current UN Plus challenges through the design, dissemination, systematization and analysis of results of a Global Survey addressed to United Nations staff living with HIV
regarding their work situation, the implementation of policies in the workplace in this regard and with emphasis on mental health, stigma and discrimination.
- Review and update the UN Plus Advisory Group and renew and/or confirm the UN Plus structure and membership.
- To support the development of a plan to address the needs identified in the global survey to respond to the current challenges faced by staff living with HIV in the United Nations
system.
- Present the findings identified in the global survey, as well as the plan to address these challenges to the UN General Secretary during 2023 World Aids Day (WAD) December 1st, and to
the UNAIDS cosponsors to promote their engagement and support.
- Support a resource mobilization campaign among UNAIDS cosponsors (United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Population Fund
(UNFPA), United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), World Health Organization (WHO), and the World Bank), to ensure Advisory Group leadership
participation in the planning process as well as to start the implementation of the 2023-2025 UN Plus relaunch plan.
Location of the consultancy: desirable based in Geneva, Switzerland. Based on the GIPA Principle, applications from people living with HIV and from Key Populations are particularly
