Action Research to Enhance Citizens’ Access to Land Information (Албания - Тендер #44587427)

Land has become a heated issue in Viet Nam since the country embarked on robust economic reform in the early 1990s. Empirical and policy studies show that, land conflicts since 2004 when the first Land Law came into force and more recently have been triggered by the fact that land has become increasingly scarce and valuable due to Vietnam’s rising level of population, industrialization and modernization.

UNDP Vietnam is looking for a qualified Vietnam-based firm/institute/organization an Action Research to Enhance Citizens’ Access to Land Information (the 3rd and 4th rounds). The overall objective of this service is to support provinces in Viet Nam with enhancing access to land information for citizens and mitigating land conflicts for improved land governance through regular external reviews.
