RFP-2023-56 Long Term Agreement for Graphic Design Services (Албания - Тендер #43230229)

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with a successful bidder and select one or more suitable contractor(s) for an initial period of 2 (two) years to provide Graphic Design services for UNAIDS.
Subject to acceptable performance and a evaluation of the suppliers performance, a potential extension of 2 (two) additional years could be offered and for a maximum total of 4 (four) years.

The successful bidder(s) will be required to perform a variety of design related services:
a. the Creative work,
b. the Template-driven work
c. or both of them

These will include, but not limited to, the following:
Creative work
1. Develop creative concepts for materials and promotional campaigns using a range of digital and print materials
2. Develop designs for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and/or other web and social media work)
3. Develop brand identity materials and templates for new document types
4. Design and layout reports, brochures and other documents
5. Design corporate promotion materials (e.g. banners, greeting cards, posters, etc.)

Template-driven work
6. Lay out new documents using design templates http://www.unaids.org/brandbuilder/en/
7. Using the layout of existing documents, layout editions in other languages (French, Spanish and Russian).
8. Replicate corporate design across a range of materials.
9. Prepare pre-print and pre-production files for communication tools, including banners, posters, promotional items, etc.
